Our team at John R. Pallotta, DMD are still following all ADA® and CDC safety standards. The safety of our patients and staff is our #1 priority along with great patient care.
Appointment times will still be managed to allow for social distancing between patients since our office is not that large. Masks are still required due to state requirements that masks are to be worn in all health care facilities.
We still ask that you call from your car prior to coming into the office for your appointment. We will be asking some updated questions during the phone call.
If you are having symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment.
We have been able to bring back some of our decor and start making our reception area beautiful again.
We still have our structural changes, and the HEPA filters will remain in place.
We are still asking only those who have an appointment to come to the office and also limit one parent or guardian to accompany a minor or those who need extra help getting to our office.
Dr. Pallotta and his staff will still be wearing their personal protective equipment in accordance with these guidelines and still taking the additional steps when cleaning rooms in between patients.
We are still allowing greater time between patients to reduce all waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients within the office at one time.
We look forward to seeing you soon and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you, and every patient and staff member, safe at our practice.
Call today to make an appointment to get your dental care back on schedule!
See you soon and please stay safe and healthy.
Sincerely,
Dr. John R. Pallotta and Staff
